Send bulk SMS, USSD and voice messages from one dashboard

The Connect Media dashboard is where Kenyan businesses send and track their messages. Once you log in, you can upload or type in a list of recipients, write your message, choose a sender ID and send immediately or schedule delivery for later. Every message is logged, so you can see what was sent, to whom, and whether it reached the handset.

What you can do after logging in

Send bulk SMS to one number or thousands, using contact groups you save and reuse.
Schedule campaigns so reminders, promotions and notices go out at the right time in Nairobi.
Track delivery with per-message status and history you can filter by date.
Read replies from customers through two-way SMS.
Top up your balance when you need it. There is no minimum top-up and your credit does not expire.
Manage API keys under Profile, so your own website or app can send SMS through the Connect Media API.

New to Connect Media?

You can create an account in a few minutes. SMS starts from KES 1.0 per message, and you only pay for what you send. See the pricing page for rates, or read how sender ID registration works before your first campaign.

Building an integration?

Developers can send SMS with a single HTTPS request and a Bearer token. The API documentation covers sending, balance checks, delivery history and inbound replies, with code samples in PHP, Node.js, Python and cURL.
